All Orders for shipment to Canada are taken by phone only. Call 1-800-797-7002 to place your order. To expedite the order process please place all your purchase items in our cart. After placing the items in the cart go to "view Cart." Call customer service to place the order by phone.
Terms and Conditions
All BuyPlumbing.net Canadian orders are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions. Below are additional Terms and Conditions that apply to orders shipped to Canada.
UPS Shipping
All BuyPlumbing.net Canadian orders are Shipped via UPS ONLY. Add an additional 5-7 business days to U.S. shipping qoutes. We do not ship USPS. Expedited UPS shipping is available by request.
Duties Taxes and Fee's
Canada Orders are subject to Canadian Duties, Taxes and Fees. Your order will be held at the border and you will be contacted by UPS to pay all Duties, Taxes and Fees before your shipment can be delivered. Your Duties, Taxes and Fees will be assessed on the amount paid for the items ordered.
Wrong Item
Replacements for defective or wrong items sent by mistake will not be subject to additional Duties, Taxes and Fees.
Returns
Returns for any other reason are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as listed on this site. Refunds on returned items will be limited to the item or items less 20% restocking fee. Canadian Duties, Taxes and Fees refunds cannot be refunded by BuyPlumbing.net
