Why do I have to "add my item to cart" to see pricing?

We have MAP agreements with several suppliers.  The reason for this is a pricing agreement called MAP, or Minimum Advertised Price. We, as retailers, agree to advertise only that minimum (MAP) price online.  While restricted in the price that can be advertised online, the we sell a product at a discounted price once it is in the cart.
