I have not received a confirmation email on shipping / tracking information. Has my item shipped?

  If you have not received an invoice or tracking number there may be an error in your email address, or it may have gone to spam.  Please call us at 800-797-7002 and we will be happy to email you another copy.
  There are also times when items are on back order.  We email you a notification within 1 business day of the order date.  Again, emails may be sent to spam.  Please call us so that our friendly customer service team can assist you with the status of your order.
